Cemiplimab is a fully human PD-1 antibody. The first indication for its marketing application is metastatic or locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC). It is an intravenous immunotherapy targeting the PD-1 pathway, which can help the immune system fight cancer cells.
