This antibody detects endogenous levels of total TXNDC11 protein.
Target Information
TXNDC11 may act as a redox regulator involved in DUOX protein folding. Its interaction with DUOX1 and DUOX2 suggests participation in a multiprotein complex constituting the thyroid H₂O₂ generating system. However, it alone is not sufficient to assist DUOX1 and DUOX2 in H₂O₂ generation.
