Target Information
CLSTN1은 KLC1과의 결합을 유도하여 축삭의 전향성 수송에서 화물로 작용합니다. APBA2 및 APP과 복합체를 형성하여 APP 대사를 안정화하고, APP 성숙을 지연시켜 β-APP40 분비를 억제합니다. 또한 APBA2 및 C99 복합체 내에서 PSEN1과의 결합을 억제하여 APP C99 절단을 방지합니다. CLSTN1은 신경세포 내 칼슘 매개 시냅스 후 신호 조절에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
