Target Information
TMEM100은 배아기 동맥 내피세포 분화 및 혈관형성 과정에서 ACVRL1 수용체 의존적 신호전달 경로를 통해 역할을 수행합니다. GDF2/BMP9 및 BMP10과 같은 골형태형성단백질 자극에 의해 활성화되며, 통증 신호 매개체인 TRPA1과 TRPV1의 상호작용을 조절하여 통각 수용 조절에 관여합니다. TRPA1-TRPV1 복합체의 단일 채널 개방 확률을 증가시켜 TRPA1의 활성화를 유도합니다.
