Annexin I는 세포막의 세포질면에 위치하는 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질 계열에 속합니다. 분자량은 약 40 kDa이며, phospholipase A2 억제 활성을 가지고 있습니다. Phospholipase A2는 염증 매개체인 프로스타글란딘과 류코트리엔 생합성에 필수적이므로, Annexin I은 잠재적인 항염증 활성을 가질 수 있습니다.
