Target Information
TSKS (testis-specific kinase substrate)는 인간 고환 조직에서 특이적으로 발현되는 새로운 serine/threonine kinase substrate 유전자로, 생쥐의 testis-specific serine kinase substrate 유전자의 인간 상동체로 추정됩니다. 정상 조직에 비해 암성 고환 조직에서 TSKS 발현이 감소하며, 이는 TSKS가 정소 생리, 특히 정자 형성 과정(spermatogenesis 또는 spermiogenesis)에 관여할 가능성을 시사합니다.
