Target Information
VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor) 패밀리는 VEGF-A, VEGF-B, VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGF-E, PIGF를 포함합니다. VEGF와 그 수용체 시스템은 혈관신생(angiogenesis) 신호전달의 기본 조절자로 알려져 있습니다. 대부분의 종양은 혈관신생을 필요로 하며, VEGF는 이 과정에 관여하는 가장 강력한 혈관신생성 사이토카인으로 보고되었습니다.
