Target Information
3’,5’-cyclic nucleotides cAMP와 cGMP는 다양한 신호 전달 경로에서 2차 전달자로 작용합니다. 3’,5’-cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs)는 cAMP와 cGMP를 해당 5’-monophosphate로 가수분해하여 신호를 하향 조절합니다. PDE11A 유전자는 PDE 단백질 슈퍼패밀리에 속하며, 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 쿠싱병 및 부신피질 과형성과 관련이 있습니다. 다양한 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
