Target Information
R-Spondin (Rspo) proteins belong to the Rspo family of Wnt modulators. The family includes four secreted ligands (Rspo1–4), all containing furin-like and thrombospondin structural domains. Rspo proteins interact with the Frizzled/LRP6 receptor complex to stabilize and accumulate β-catenin, thereby enhancing nuclear signaling. Additionally, R-Spondins bind to G-protein coupled receptors LGR-4 and LGR-5, influencing cell proliferation and stem cell differentiation.
