Target Information
CIRBP (Cold-Inducible RNA-Binding Protein)은 세포 생존 관련 유전자의 전사체를 안정화시켜 유전자 독성 스트레스 반응에서 보호적 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. 번역 활성화 인자로 작용하며, 저온 유도 세포 증식 억제에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 또한 RPA2 및 TXN의 3'-UTR에 특이적으로 결합하며, 과발현 시 스트레스 과립(stress granules, SGs) 형성을 촉진하는 번역 억제 인자로 작용합니다.
