Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAP1A and MAP1B are microtubule-associated proteins that mediate interactions between microtubules and cytoskeletal components.
MAP1A and MAP1B each consist of a heavy chain and multiple light chain subunits.
The protein encoded by MAP1LC3A is one of the light chain subunits that can associate with either MAP1A or MAP1B.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
