Target Information
Interleukin 5 (IL-5)는 T 세포에서 유래된 용해성 인자로, B 세포 및 호산구의 성장과 분화를 유도합니다. IL-5는 IL-5 수용체(IL-5R)를 통해 생물학적 활성을 발휘하며, IL-5R은 α 사슬과 β 사슬로 구성됩니다. α 사슬은 IL-5에 낮은 친화도로 결합하고, β 사슬은 IL-5와 직접 결합하지 않지만 α 사슬과 함께 고친화성 수용체를 형성합니다. 두 사슬의 세포질 도메인은 신호 전달에 필수적이며, 특히 IL-5Rα의 막 근처 프롤린 풍부 서열은 IL-5 유도 세포 증식 반응, 핵 원종유전자 발현, JAK1 및 JAK2의 티로신 인산화에 중요합니다.
