Product Specific Information
Reconstitute using sterile 10 mM acetic acid to 0.1 mg/mL.
Centrifuge vial before opening. Suspend the product by gently pipetting the above recommended solution down the sides of the vial. Do not vortex.
Allow several minutes for complete reconstitution.
For prolonged storage, dilute to working aliquots in a 0.1% BSA solution, store at -80°C, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine produced by stromal cells in the bone marrow and thymus.
IL-7 signals through the IL-7R to promote differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells into lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
