Target Information

SENP2는 새로 합성된 SUMO1, SUMO2, SUMO3를 결합 가능한 성숙형으로 가공하고, 이들 SUMO 단백질을 기질로부터 제거하는 효소군에 속합니다.
또한 SENP2는 CTNNB1 수준을 하향 조절하여 Wnt 경로를 조절할 수 있습니다.
