Target Information
MAP1LC3C (LC3C)는 MAP1 LC3 패밀리에 속하며, yeast Atg8의 인간 상동체입니다. 이 단백질은 autophagosomal vacuoles(autophagosomes)의 형성에 관여합니다. LC3C는 보존된 C-terminal Gly 잔기 이후의 절단을 통해 생성되며, 본 항체는 LC3C의 prepeptide에 특이적입니다.
