Target Information
DAPK1은 감마-인터페론에 의해 유도되는 프로그램된 세포사멸에 관여하는 칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로, 잠재적인 종양 억제 유전자로 알려져 있습니다.
여러 세포 신호전달 경로에서 세포 생존, 세포사멸(apoptosis), 자가포식(autophagy)을 조절하며, 세포 환경에 따라 type I(카스파제 의존성) 또는 type II(카스파제 비의존성) 세포사멸 신호를 매개합니다.
DAPK1은 PIN1을 인산화하여 그 효소 활성과 핵 내 위치, 세포 기능을 억제하며, TPM1, STX1A, PRKD1, BECN1, TSC2, RPS6, MYL9, DAPK3 등을 인산화합니다.
