The Amplitude High-Throughput Consumable Package 2 Assay (RUO) Kit is for research use only. This kit consists of the assays and controls to run 20,000 COVID-19 reactions for high-throughput testing and simplified ordering. Laboratories can perform over 8,000 tests in a 24-hour period using the kit with the Amplitude Solution.

Features of Amplitude High-Throughput Consumable Package 2 Assay (RUO) Kit include:
• Available with 20,000 reactions per kit for nasopharyngeal samples to help maximize specimen throughput
• Targeted specificity to 100% of currently available complete genomes for SARS-CoV-2
• Targets spike (S) protein and nucleocapsid (N) protein regions having higher specificity and exhibiting lower risk for mutation

This combo kit contains the TaqMan COVID-19 Module 1 MS2 Phage Control, TaqMan COVID-19 Module 2 Assay Kit, TaqMan COVID-19 Control Dilution Buffer, and TaqMan COVID-19 Control.

The Amplitude High-Throughput Consumable Package 2 Assay (RUO) Kit is for research use only using the Amplitude Solution.
