The Gibco CTS Rotea Single-Use Kit is part of the Gibco CTS Rotea Counterflow Centrifugation System. The kit is capable of flow rates of 5–110 mL/min (see Hi-Flow kit for higher rates). Each kit can perform a wide range of cell processing steps, making it ideal for wash & concentrate, separation, isolation, and more. The single-use kit provides flexibility for process development and easily supports commercial-scale manufacturing. Each kit is compatible with sterile luer connectors or thermal welding.
