Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FYVE domain mediates recruitment of proteins involved in membrane trafficking and cell signaling to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PtdIns(3)P)-containing membranes.
This gene encodes a protein containing two zinc-binding FYVE domains in tandem, displaying a predominantly Golgi, endoplasmic reticulum, and vesicular distribution.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encode two isoforms of different sizes.
