TSNAX 유전자는 translin과 상호작용하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. Translin은 염색체 전좌의 절단점에 있는 합의 서열에 결합하는 DNA 결합 단백질입니다. TSNAX 단백질은 bipartite nuclear targeting sequence를 포함하고 있어, 핵 내 수송 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
