Target Information
CD70 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 TNF 리간드 패밀리에 속하는 사이토카인으로, TNFRSF27/CD27의 리간드로 작용합니다. 활성화된 T 및 B 림프구의 표면 항원으로 존재하며, 공자극된 T 세포의 증식을 유도하고 세포독성 T 세포의 생성을 촉진하며 T 세포 활성화에 기여합니다. 또한 B 세포 활성 조절, 자연살해세포의 세포독성 기능, 면역글로불린 합성 조절에도 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
