Target Information
Fatty acid binding proteins (FABP)은 약 13–14 kDa 크기의 소형 세포 내 단백질로, 높은 조직 특이성을 가집니다. FABP는 긴 사슬 지방산을 결합하는 세포질 단백질로, 다양한 세포 유형에 풍부하게 존재하며 지방산의 세포 내 이용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
FABP는 세포 손상 시 혈청 내 농도가 빠르게 상승하며, 간세포 손상 및 이식 후 간 손상 검출에 민감한 지표로 사용됩니다.
