Target Information
The IL18RAP protein functions as an accessory subunit of the heterodimeric IL18 receptor. It enhances IL18 binding activity of IL18R1 (IL1RRP), and coexpression of IL18R1 and IL18RAP is required for activation of NF-kappaB and MAPK8 (JNK) signaling in response to IL18.
