Target Information
IRS-1은 인슐린 수용체의 주요 기질로, 인슐린, IGF-1, IL-4 자극에 반응하여 인산화됩니다. 다양한 조직에서 세린, 트레오닌, 티로신 잔기에 인산화가 일어나며, casein kinase II가 IRS-1의 일부 인산화를 매개합니다. Thr502와 Ser99는 주요 인산화 부위로 알려져 있습니다. IRS-1은 14-3-3 단백질 결합 부위를 포함하며, Ser270 주변의 모티프는 인슐린 수용체와의 상호작용에 관여합니다.
