Target Information
- 1차 항체의 동형 및 사용 응용에 따라 배경 염색이 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 배경 신호는 Fc 수용체 결합, 세포 단백질·탄수화물·지질과의 비특이적 상호작용, 또는 세포 자가형광에 의해 생길 수 있습니다.
- 동형 대조항체(Isotype Control)는 비특이적 신호와 특이적 항체 신호를 구분하기 위한 음성 대조로 사용됩니다.
- 주로 유세포 분석(flow cytometry)에 사용되지만, ChIP, IHC, gel shift 등 다양한 응용에 활용 가능합니다.
- 동형 대조항체는 사용 중인 1차 항체의 종(species)과 동형(isotype)을 일치시켜야 정확한 비교가 가능합니다.
- 직접 표지된(primary labeled) 항체를 사용하는 경우, 동일한 표지(label)를 가진 대조항체를 사용하는 것이 가장 효과적입니다.
