Target Information
GFI1은 핵 내 zinc finger (ZF) 전사 억제 인자로, 조혈작용과 내이 발달에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 림프종 발생과 관련이 있으며, ubiquitin-proteasome 시스템에 의해 조절됩니다. Triad1 ubiquitin ligase가 GFI1의 DNA 결합 도메인과 상호작용하는 것으로 보고되었습니다. GFI1은 표적 유전자 프로모터의 consensus DNA 서열에 직접 결합하여 전사를 억제합니다. GFI1 결핍 시 중성구 감소증과 함께 골수이형성증과 유사한 전구세포 축적이 나타납니다.
