Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포주기 진행에 필수적인 단백질로, M-phase promoting factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용하여 유사분열을 유도합니다.
G2/M phase에서 Bcl-2 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호에 의해 조절되며, 세포사멸 시점을 지연시킵니다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 잠재력을 보임이 보고되었습니다.
