Target Information
Rb는 DNA 결합이 가능한 종양 억제 핵 인산화 단백질입니다. Serine 및 Threonine 잔기에서 인산화되며, Tyrosine 잔기에서는 인산화되지 않습니다. SV40 large T antigen, adenovirus E1A, human papilloma virus-16 E와 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. Rb 단백질은 전사 조절을 통해 세포 성장 조절에 관여하며, RB 유전자의 기능 상실은 유방암, 대장암, 전립선암, 신장암, 비인두암, 백혈병 등 다양한 암과 연관되어 있습니다.
