Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FHL1 gene encodes a member of the four-and-a-half-LIM-only protein family. These proteins contain conserved zinc finger domains and are expressed in a cell- and tissue-specific manner. They play roles in various cellular processes. Mutations in FHL1 are associated with Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
