Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

KHK encodes the enzyme ketohexokinase, which catalyzes the conversion of fructose to fructose-1-phosphate.
The splice variant presented encodes the highly active form found in liver, renal cortex, and small intestine, while the alternate variant encodes the lower activity form.
