이 항체는 모든 H3N2 Influenza A strain에 반응하지 않을 수 있으며, A/Shainghai/11/87 strain에는 강한 반응을 보이고 A/Wuhan/359/95 strain에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Mouse anti-Influenza A H3 antigen antibody, clone 30-2F11-F7-A5는 Influenza A H3 항원을 인식하며 Influenza B strain에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
Influenza virus는 Orthomyxoviridae family에 속하는 Influenza A, B, C 세 가지 유형으로 구성됩니다.
이 바이러스는 조류와 포유류 모두에 감염될 수 있으며, 구형 입자 형태로 바이러스 envelope에는 hemagglutinin과 neuraminidase 두 가지 주요 glycoprotein이 포함되어 있습니다.
RNA genome은 7~8개의 segment로 구성되어 있으며, 각 fragment는 서로 다른 viral protein을 발현합니다.
Influenza는 계절성으로 확산되어 매년 3~5백만 건의 중증 질환과 25만~50만 명의 사망을 초래하며, 팬데믹 시에는 수백만 명의 사망자가 발생할 수 있습니다.
