RIOK3 (RIO kinase 3), also known as SUDD, is a 519 amino acid serine/threonine protein kinase containing one kinase domain. It is expressed in various tissues and catalyzes ATP-dependent phosphorylation of target proteins, influencing signaling pathways throughout the cell.
SUDD is expressed as two isoforms due to alternative splicing events.
