Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

MSL2 is a component of the histone acetyltransferase complex responsible for histone H4 acetylation at lysine 16, which contributes to higher-order chromatin structure formation.
It functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase promoting monoubiquitination of histone H2B at Lys-35 (H2BK34Ub), enhancing H3 methylation at Lys-4 (H3K4me) and Lys-79 (H3K79me), leading to gene activation such as HOXA9 and MEIS1.
