Target Information

ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF)-like proteins (ARLs)는 RAS 관련 GTPase 계열 중 기능적으로 구별되는 ARF 패밀리의 하위 그룹입니다. 이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 ARL2.GTP와 높은 친화도로 결합하지만 ARL2.GDP, 활성화된 ARF 또는 RHO 단백질과는 상호작용하지 않습니다. ARL2의 활성화 시 이 단백질이나 ARL2의 막 결합이 감지되지 않는 점은 ARF와는 다른 작용을 시사합니다. 또한, ARL2.GTP와의 상호작용으로 인해 ARL2 특이적 효과 단백질로 간주됩니다.
