For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Transcriptional control is partly regulated by interactions between DNA-bound transcription factors such as Egr-1/NGFI-A and coregulatory proteins like NAB (NGFI-A-binding proteins).
The NAB protein family, including NAB1 and NAB2, act as corepressors of Egr-1/NGFI-A. Both contain conserved domains:

• NCD1 (amino-terminal): required for binding NGFI-A
• NCD2 (carboxy-terminal): responsible for repressor function

NAB2 is primarily localized in the nucleus and may regulate NGFI-A activity, cell division, differentiation, and apoptosis.
It has a predicted molecular mass of 56 kDa and is located on chromosome 12q13.3–14.1, a region associated with several solid tumors, lipomas, and liposarcomas.
