Target Information
Spectrin은 actin crosslinking 및 세포 골격 구조 유지에 관여하는 단백질로, 세포막과 actin cytos켈레톤을 연결하여 세포 형태와 막 단백질 배열에 영향을 줍니다. 이 단백질은 α-β 이합체가 머리-머리 결합으로 연결된 사량체 형태를 이루며, 적혈구의 탄성 및 변형성을 높이는 역할을 합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 elliptocytosis type 2, pyropoikilocytosis, spherocytic hemolytic anemia 등의 유전성 적혈구 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
