Target Information
Kindlin 2는 TLN1 및 TLN2에 의해 매개되는 인테그린 활성화를 강화하는 스캐폴딩 단백질로, 단독으로는 약하게 활성화합니다. 인테그린과 인지질막 모두와 상호작용하여 세포 부착 및 확산을 촉진하고, focal adhesion 형성에 필수적입니다. 세포외기질 접착 부위와 액틴 세포골격 사이의 연결에 관여하며, 액틴 조립 및 세포 형태 조절에 기여합니다. 또한 FBLIM1을 focal adhesion으로 모집하고, TGFB1 및 인테그린 신호전달 경로에 관여합니다. 활성화된 CTNNB1을 안정화시키며, CTNNB1과 TCF7L2/TCF4에 의해 매개되는 전사 조절 및 Wnt 신호전달에 역할을 합니다.
