- Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.

STAM1
- Involved in intracellular signal transduction mediated by cytokines and growth factors.
- Plays a role in signaling leading to DNA synthesis and c-myc induction upon IL-2 and GM-CSF stimulation.
- May participate in endocytic trafficking and T-cell development.
- Forms a heterodimer with HGS/HRS and interacts with STAMBP/AMSH.

STAM2
- Functions in intracellular signal transduction mediated by cytokines and growth factors.
- Associates with ubiquitinated cargo proteins on the early endosome, participating in sorting for lysosomal trafficking.
- Plays a role in DNA synthesis and c-myc induction upon IL-2 and GM-CSF stimulation.
- Interacts with STAMBP/AMSH, JAK2, JAK3, ubiquitinated proteins, USP8/UBPY, CBX5, and VPS37C.
- Can form heterodimers or heterotrimers with HGS/Hrs and EPS15.
- Ubiquitously expressed.
