Target Information
RNA polymerase (pol) III는 tRNA, 5s rRNA, 7SL RNA, U6 snRNA를 합성하며, 많은 암세포와 전환 세포주에서 과발현됩니다. 세포 분열 전 단백질 구성 요소를 복제하기 위해 Pol III 전사 RNA의 높은 수준이 필요하며, 이는 TFIIIB 및 TFIIIC2 전사 인자 복합체의 존재를 요구합니다.
TFIIIC2 복합체는 TFIIIC220, TFIIIC110, TFIIIC102, TFIIIC90, TFIIIC63의 다섯 가지 서브유닛으로 구성되어 있으며, 악성 세포나 아데노바이러스 전환 세포에서 과발현됩니다. 이 복합체는 RNA pol III 및 TFIIIB를 프로모터로 모집하여 암세포의 전사 조절 이상에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
