Target Information
이 유전자는 trypsin 계열의 serine protease인 trypsinogen을 암호화합니다. 해당 효소는 전립선 상피에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 정액 내 여러 단백질 분해 효소 중 하나입니다. 전구 단백질은 light chain과 heavy chain으로 절단되어 이황화 결합으로 연결됩니다. 이 효소는 lysine 또는 arginine의 카르복실기와 관련된 펩타이드 결합에 작용합니다.
