ULK4 (unc-51-like kinase 4)는 serine/threonine (Ser/Thr) protein kinase 계열에 속하는 1,275 아미노산 단백질로, 하나의 protein kinase domain과 하나의 HEAT repeat를 포함합니다. ULK4는 촉매 활성은 낮지만 ATP 의존적 단백질 인산화 과정에 관여할 수 있으며, 세포 분열, 항상성, 세포사멸 등 다양한 세포 기능 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
