Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Glucocorticoid Receptor Interacting Protein-1 (GRIP1), also known as Transcription Intermediary Factor 2 (TIF2), is a transcriptional coactivator related to SRC-1 and AIB-1.
GRIP1 interacts with and enhances the activity of multiple receptors, including retinoic acid, vitamin D, glucocorticoid, thyroid hormone, androgen, estrogen, progesterone, and PPARs.
It contains conserved LXXLL/LLXXL motifs essential for receptor–coactivator interactions.
