Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a multi-domain scaffolding protein essential for normal development.
It may play roles in septate junction formation, signal transduction, cell proliferation, synaptogenesis, and lymphocyte activation.
Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described, though the full-length nature of some variants remains unknown.
