  • 재구성 시, 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
  • 결합 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.

Target Information

이 유전자는 α-dystroglycan (a-DG)의 라미닌 결합 O-linked 탄수화물 사슬 발현에 관여할 수 있는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 일부 병원체는 이 O-linked 탄수화물 단위를 숙주 진입에 이용합니다. 본 유전자의 기능 상실 복합 이형접합 돌연변이는 Walker-Warburg 증후군(WWS) 표현형을 보이는 환자에서 발견되었습니다. 해당 유전자가 결핍된 생쥐에서는 신경 이동 결함으로 인해 뇌 일부 영역에서 신경세포가 비정상적으로 위치(heterotopia)하는 현상이 관찰됩니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 전사 변이가 생성됩니다.
