Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
EpoR encodes the erythropoietin receptor, a member of the cytokine receptor family. Binding of erythropoietin activates Jak2 tyrosine kinase, leading to downstream signaling via Ras/MAP kinase, PI3K, and STAT transcription factors.
The activated receptor supports erythroid cell survival. Mutations or dysregulation may lead to erythroleukemia, familial erythrocytosis, or tumor growth abnormalities. Multiple transcript variants exist due to alternative splicing.
