Target Information
CD41 (platelet glycoprotein IIb, ITGA2B)는 두 개의 서브유닛(120 kDa α, 23 kDa β)으로 구성되어 있으며, 칼슘 존재 하에서 CD61과 상호작용하여 기능적 접착 단백질 수용체를 형성합니다. CD41은 혈소판 응집을 매개하여 혈액 응고에 관여하며, 손상된 혈관 부위에서 von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin 등의 단백질과 결합합니다. 주로 거핵세포-혈소판 계통에서 발현되며, 조혈 분화 초기 단계에서 발현되는 항원 중 하나입니다.
CD41 기능 이상은 Glansmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 bleeding disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
