- 재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도가 약 1 mg/mL이 되도록 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 desalting 과정을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.

Target Information
SH3BP1은 특정 신호전달 경로 단백질의 SH3 도메인에 선택적으로 결합합니다.
ABL1 proto-oncogene, SRC, GRB2에 우선적으로 결합하며, Rac 관련 단백질에 대해 GAP 활성을 나타내지만 Rho 또는 Ras 관련 단백질에는 활성이 없습니다.
또한 PDGF 유도 Rac 매개 막 주름 형성을 억제합니다.
