Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAGEB4 gene belongs to the MAGEB family, whose members have coding sequences located in the last exon and share 50–68% sequence identity.
Promoters and first exons vary considerably, allowing expression under different transcriptional controls.
MAGEB genes are clustered on chromosome Xp22–p21, and this gene sequence ends in the first intron of MAGEB1.
Expression is primarily in testis.
