Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위 패밀리로, 인간 상피 조직에서 20가지 이상의 폴리펩타이드로 구성되어 있습니다.
Cytokeratin은 분자량 40–68 kDa, 등전점 pH 4.9–7.8 범위에 있으며, 상피 유형 및 분화 정도에 따라 다양한 조합으로 발현됩니다.
이러한 Cytokeratin 발현 패턴은 상피성 종양의 감별 진단 및 암 연구에서 유용한 마커로 활용됩니다.
또한 면역조직화학, 세포병리학, 유세포분석 등의 연구 응용에도 사용됩니다.
