Product Specific Information

Qdot nanocrystals are composed of semiconductor materials that generate exceptionally bright fluorescent particles with minimal photobleaching. When paired with appropriate optical filters, Qdot nanocrystals can be up to 50 times brighter than traditional organic dyes.

Target Information

Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. These antibodies provide versatility across multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, secondary antibodies are produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
